Delivery & Return


Delivery within the United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Free UK tracked delivery is available for orders of £10 or over.

We offer international delivery, these rates are viewable at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address and before you proceed to the payment screen.

All orders are processed at 1 pm each day, any orders received by 1 pm will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 1 pm will be processed and dispatched the next day. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Please note all our UK deliveries are now tracked, meaning you will always know where your parcel is. We are hoping to soon have this service worldwide! All orders are dispatched within 24 Business Hours of cleared payment being received. Any premium delivery ordered before 11 am will also go the same day! Now that’s fast!

Orders are dispatched using Air Business and Pro-shipper services worldwide. Their services are outstanding and get you your items the fastest possible way.

Standard Track UK deliveries can take up to 5 working days to reach you. We can confirm that your item will be delivered to you by AirBusiness. To track your item, please use the following URL:

We recommend that items being delivered to addresses in Europe can take up to 10 working days and the rest of the world up to 21, this excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. If you have not received your items by this date, please do contact us.

If you require your order more urgently or have any special requests please email prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.


We hope you will enjoy using our products but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at within 14 days of placing your order to arrange a return and refund or exchange. The order will need to be returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition it was received and in an unopened and unused state.

It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us, therefore for your protection we recommend using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery as we cannot be held liable for as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned.

If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied we will refund the postage costs, otherwise, you will be liable for any costs incurred.

Please note we can only accept returns of products bought directly from our website, if you purchased our products from one of our stockists then you will need to arrange your returns direct with them.
