The order will need to be returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition it was received and in an unopened and unused state.
It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us, therefore for your protection we recommend using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery as we cannot be held liable for as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned.
If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied we will refund the postage costs, otherwise, you will be liable for any costs incurred.
